This is a favorite for kids and adults alike. Each of them has nearly half of the daily requirement of vitamin C and only 88 calories.

STRAWBERRY DREAMSICLES

Servings: 6

2 c. plain whole milk yogurt (I like Greek yogurt the best)

2 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen

1 tsp. vanilla

2 Tbsp. honey

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or paper cups with wooden popsicle sticks inserted in the middle. Freeze.
