St. Paddy’s Day Green Smoothie!

If you haven’t tried one already, go green for St. Patrick’s Day! This smoothie is high in magnesium, potassium, calcium, omega-3’s, vitamin E, and many other nutrients for good mental health!

1 cup raw kale
1 cup raw spinach
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup yoghurt
2 teaspoons chia seeds
5 ice cubes
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
